In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, client information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected clients in such circumstances.


5. Data Retention

We retain client records for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with IRS recordkeeping requirements and applicable state regulations. Financial and tax documents may be retained longer if required by law or ongoing client relationship. When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or destroyed.
